  In this day and age, it is very rare to find businesses that go above and beyond their to cause to make dealing with them personal, friendly, and very relational. I probably was lucky to be the last one to view a property with Margaret, but not only did she show me around the apartment and gardens, but also took me to meet with the neighbours who were able to answer questions about internet coverage and area. The whole visit was nearly half an hour long and I just fell in love with the place. I needed to find a place within a few days and nearly had all paperwork done by the end of the day. The emails and text were really well written and very personal. Felt like dealing with a decent person rather than a robotic agency and that she was on both the landlord and tenants side.
  
  For landlords: I would recommend Margaret as she takes care to present the place in a wonderful manner that makes it appealing.
  
  For Tenants: letting is a daunting, stressful and sometimes scary experience especially when low on time. Dealing with someone who has good interpersonal skills a godsend in this time of need.
